May 20, 2014 DAY TWO FT. PICKENS

 

We had lunch at Peg Leg Pete's. It was good, oysters we first rate

 

Becky has always had a thing about Pirates. arrrh

 

 Fort Pickens is a very nice area, the sand is white and cool.

 

We took this picture for those up north, see we do have snow in Florida

This looks just like January in Findlay.

The water was warm and very inviting.

 Even the old guy got in the water.

 Looks like Becky is parting the water

 Anybody see a putty cat?

 Lighthouse on the mainland and a fishing boat going  out of Pensacola Bay

Look closely and you can see this is a bird flasher. Tomorrow we have an nine hour drive so we have to go to bed early and rise very early.
